🔁 Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
At HD Crochet, every item is handmade with care — and we want you to love what you receive. If something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns, exchanges and refunds:
🧵 All of the products are personally made by HD by Hand. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, she would like to make it right and remake/exchange your item to ensure you love it.
We will also accept exchanges and returns under the following conditions:
The item becomes damaged upon arrival
The item does not match your order (wrong color, size, or customization)
📦 Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with original packaging
We’ll provide return instructions and a return address by email once your return is approved.
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
🎁 Custom & Personalized Items
Items with custom sizing, initials, or personalized messages cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged or incorrect.
📬 Exchanges
We don’t currently offer exchanges, but if you received the wrong item, please contact us — we’ll make it right.
